By making a purchase on our webstore, you agree to the following terms and conditions; IvyCraft is a Minecraft Java Edition server, and all purchases made are virtual and nonrefundable. Please note that if you are a minor, you must obtain parental permission before making any purchases on our server. 

After completing a purchase, please allow up to 10-15 minutes for the purchased ranks and items to be applied to your account. In the event that your purchase does not appear within this timeframe, kindly create a support ticket on our server's Discord channel for assistance.
